How can I make changes to my order?
Simply email us at info@anukedesign.com within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number!
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders! Remember that our free shipping option doesn't have a tracking number. If you would like to track your order, please select the "Registered Mail" option on the checkout page.

 

What if the item I receive is damaged?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with damaged item, please email us at info@anukedesign.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!  

 

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
All international orders (outside Europe) can incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc, upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Anuke Design 

Where are you located and do you have a retail location?
We are located in Portugal and at the moment we only sell our cases online.

 

What Payment methods does Anuke Design accept?
Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and PayPal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!
